Due to the perishable nature of flowers, the following policy applies:
❌ No refunds for:
Change of mind
Late cancellations
Minor variations in colour, size, or flower type
Delays caused by incorrect delivery information or recipient unavailability
✅ Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
The wrong item was delivered
Flowers arrived severely damaged or wilted (not due to recipient handling)
Conditions for claims:
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Clear photos must be provided as proof
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after assessment
Custom & Sale Items
Custom-made, personalised, promotional, or discounted items are non-refundable.
PAYMENT POLICY
All payments must be made in full before processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by pending or failed payments.
