1. Orders
All orders must be placed via our official platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, website, or approved channels).
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Same-day or last-minute orders are subject to availability.
2. Products & Availability
Flowers are seasonal and natural, therefore:
Colours, blooms, or packaging may vary slightly from photos.
If a specific flower or colour is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar flower of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and value.
Product images are for illustration purposes.
3. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices confirmed at the time of payment will be honoured.
Delivery fees (if applicable) are charged separately.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect delivery details
Recipient unavailability
Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
Once an order has been delivered and accepted at the provided address, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Order changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24–48 hours before the delivery date.
Custom or special orders (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, events, personalised arrangements) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
